On top of training, Snow also advocate for parallel / go live training day where we shadow and assist the customer when running their first / parallel payroll. After implementation, Snow have 3 avenues of support – phone, email and web ticketing. There is strict SLA’s in place with a 3 ring policy, email response times and web ticketing response times. Additionally, there is a knowledge base if required. 

Exporting Functionality Quantum allows for exporting of all data through any of the import facilities, and additionally from SQL itself to ‘data dump’ any information needed. Bespoke report writer in QBI also allows for the extraction of required information.

Automated reporting Group reports in Quantum allow for a specific set of reports to be sent to a predefined email, or to be downloaded to a specific location, and these can be automated to process at the end of each period if required.

Customised Reporting QBI reporting allows for users to create their own reports, amalgamate reports from multiple payrolls or frequencies and across years. Should a company already use Power BI or similar we can alternatively show the team where the view s are for them to be able to create reports in their own writing tool.
