Key Responsibilities
- Strategic planning and formalising of the plan of the entire product portfolio.
- Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy and roadmap, in order to establish the company as an industry Leader.
- Create and present visionary innovations (occasionally in front of investors), strategic decision proposals.
- You will represent the company with regard to strategic customers, the press and analysts.
- Definition, monitoring of the company relevant KPIs and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set.
- Lead a product development and management team in which you motivate and achieve steady improvements in your area both internally and externally.
- Identification and promotion of high potentials and talents.
Qualifications
The CPO should be a proven product management leader with a demonstrated track record with at least 2 years experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate must have a 3rd Level Degree in IT.
